healthy and fit.

exercises ... Aerobic
exercises are exercises that make your heart pump more so anything
from walking, running or playing outside in the garden is a great way
to stay
fit.
Anaerobic
exercises ... Are
things like lifting weights or other strength-training
exercises.
Eating
properly to stay healthy ... Fatty
and greasy foods should become a thing of the past for you now, and
you should be focusing on healthier food choices. Have more fresh
fruits and
vegetables which provide a lot of fiber and antioxidants.
Getting
less sleep ... As
you get older, your body does not need as much sleep and 5 to 6 hours
is all you need. Sleeping too much can make you lethargic and you will
not feel
like doing normal activities.
Eating
smaller and more frequent
meals ... Eating
smaller meals will help you keep your energy up and will also
boost your metabolism.
Drinking less pop
or
caffeine ... Focus
on water and
juices to stay fit. Pop and caffeine are nice things but should not be
all you
drink.
Finally ... The
last thing you need to remember to stay
fit into your 50's is to have
fun.
Do not think that turning 60 means the end
of everything or life as you knew it. Turning 50 means a new step in
your life
and more opportunities you never had before.
